Manufacturing Authority
Let's get this show underway. First things first, I just want to welcome you guys to this
training webinar entitle Manufacturing Authority. I want you to interact with me a ton
throughout this training. We're going to make sure it is valuable for each and every one of
you on here. Before we get started and really jump in, I'm curious when you think about
being an expert or having authority in your marketplace. What do you think of? Just give
me some feedback here on the chat. Again, just give me some feedback on the chat and
we're going to make this thing underway. You're thinking again being an expert or having
authority in your marketplace, what do you think about? Corbin says credibility. Richard
says what's up might Joe. Let's see. Microsoft, Google, Apple, IBM. Having a book being on
TV, a leader in a community. Thanks for that Alida. Let's see. Dr. Phil, Dr. Ox. Having others
call you the expert, exactly William that's perfect! The go-to person and the go-to guy.
Alright, wonderful! I'm really, really excited to speak to you about this topic. I think that the
title Manufacturing Authority doesn't really, really be a job on in composing what we're
going to be talking about today. I've literally wrote down every piece that I believe is
important to become an authority and I'm going to be basically opening up like a book and
sharing it with you today. I've been researching this stuff for literally months and months
and months. I easily have hundreds of hours in research and testing. You guys actually
know that I foot the bill. I get out there, I do it. I teach you what worked for me and what
didn't. Are you guys excited to get these things started? Give me a big yes in the chat, let's
get this thing in. Awesome guys! I promise you to literally give you a brand of everything
that I've covered in that I know on this topic. Although it may obsessed people that charged
a ton of money to teach this stuff. I don't really give a shit. My job is to provide value for
you. Is that cool? My one and only condition is that you give me your attention throughout
the training. At the end, you just give your 100% honest opinion on everything that I talked.
Is that cool? Can I get a cool in chat box? Lots of cools, awesome!
Just a heads up, I have a ton to share with you and I'm going to be moving really, really fast.
You can see it's 2 minutes after the hour and we're ready getting into the content that's
because I have over 95 slides at my last count. Just a quick heads up, halfway through,
we're going to take a quick 10 minute intermission. I want you to stretch your legs, get
something to drink but get ready now. Get your notepad or piece of paper out, take some
notes. I will do my best to blow your mind.
So, what the heck is the Manufacturing Authority Process? I believe it's a is a multi step
sequence that will help you leverages powerful and psychological hacks and it's really a
multi step sequence. I told you this on the sales page, to be frank, if you're a newbie or
unwilling to take a few hours to set this up, this is NOT for you. On the other hand you are
serious about building your Perception and Authority and getting prospects eager to speak
with you, in the right frame of mind to be sold and positioned to buy whatever your
offering...I truly believe that there's no single more powerful method than I've ever seen
than the Manufacturing Authority Process. If you are struggling right now to get an edge
over the competition then you are about to be for it. First, can you tell me if any of these
apply to you? Just give me a yes if any of these apply to you. Do you deal with constant fear
or rejection when you're talking to a prospect? Just give me a yes if that applied to you. Yes,
yes sometimes, undeniably yes. Do you lie at bed at night wondering how you're going to
get your next client? I know that this is a big problem for a lot of you. If you're on the line,
give me a yes. Alright, this is not going to apply to all of you but for a lot of you, it will. This
is what I hear from you all time, day in and day out. At the end of the day, you're just
playing sick of local business owners brushing you off or not giving you the time of day.
Awesome! Cool! So we are all on the same page. We're getting a ton of yes', yes, yes so that
atleast one of these apply to almost every single one of you on the training.
Today we're going to change that. If you are excited for this, if you are ready to change this,
give me a big hell yes. If you are ready to stop the constant to your rejection, stop lying in
bed at night, wondering how you're going to get your next client and if you're just playing
sick of local business owners or any business owners not giving you the time of day, just
give me a hell yes on the chat. Let's do this. There's one thing that I really need you to
understand right out of the gate. This is very important concept and everything's going to
build upon this. Authority equals content and distribution. You need a medium or way to
produce content that's easy for you. It's going to be easy for you otherwise you aren't going
to do it. Understand each and every one of you is experts. If by definition, an expert is a
person who has a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of a skill in a particular
area. Would you agree with me that you're an expert? When you're talking to a local
business owner, are you an expert? You have an authoritative knowledge in a particular
area. You do each and every one of you on this call is an expert. You know way more than
you're prospects or your customers. Face it! How many of you have been in this phase for
over 12 months? I've been doing marketing in this phase for over 12 months. How many of
over 18 months? Lots of people. How of you have literally spent thousands of dollars on
training to become a subject matter expert? Literally thousands and almost every single
one of you on the call has and you've went through that training. Type I'm an expert in the
chat if you truly believe that you are an expert and an authority. Just type in I'm an expert. I
want to make sure you understand this. Just to make sure that you really understand this.
We're going to play who's the authority game. First things first, I'll show you the slide, just
spot the expert and type their name into the chat. Who's the expert? Who knows? The left
guy, no. Who is it? Rich, you got it, Robert Piasecki. Do you really think that he's really
smarter than any other financial advisor? Don't get me wrong. I've learned a ton from him
but he has filed bankruptcies several times. Don't get me wrong, he's not a quitter. He
keeps going after and that's what it takes. Would you think he's literally smarter or more
qualified than any other financial guy out there? No. Remember the formula.
Authority=Content + Distributions. He had that exposure. Who's the expert here? Dr. Phil.
Everybody got this one right. Is Dr. Phil really a better psychologist than anyone else?
Seriously. You really think that he's that good? Hell no. He's not better than every other
psychologist. Again, he just figured out how to use this Authority. Remember, Content +
Distribution. This one, who's this? Who's the authority? Richard Simmons. Is Richard
Simmons really the authority? The guy here with a freaking 10 packs. Seriously. Again,
understand why they're authorities. Does this make sense to everybody? Anybody have an
AHA moment already? Just type AHA.
What's the difference between all of these authority figures and you? What's the
difference? Authority= Content and Distribution. They're published. They have authority.
They have good distribution. How many of you know this guy? Who is this? Yup, Tim
Ferriss. He had 3 New York Times and Wall Street Journal Best Sellers. I personally love
Tim Ferriss by the way. I was checking out his blog and I've read this quote. I thought it was
really relatable to this training. Tim says, "In my experience, more than 50% of the CEOs
who have bestselling books buy their way onto the list. I know at least of dozen of them. If
you're busy and you want the "bestselling author" on your resume, it can be had for a
price." By all means, they are legitimate people who write bestselling books them and
aren't "gaming the system" That Tim quotes at least 50% of them are. What's this "gaming
the system" really mean? When you think about it, remember becoming an authority comes
down to content plus distribution. Mike says he's closer to 80 and another guy said over 90.
This is a cool quote as well from Speaker Magazine. I thought this was help put this in a
perspective and everybody on the call as well. It says, "Bestseller lists report copies sold in
a single week. (A recent glance of BookScan had it in the Top 25 Bestsellers for the week, a
book that had sold only 365 copies total for the year and the book that had sold more than
15,000. The difference in sales was not apparent to the Average Joe or anybody looking at
that bestseller list." 365 copies to get on the bestseller list. I'm not sure if this was for the
New York Times or the Wall Street Journal but it doesn't matter who they're quoting here.
365 copies in a year, you can buy your own book if you put in out there and pay $3 for a
copy and buy 365 copies and give it out to everybody that you meet. Seriously, the guy
spent $1,400 and bought his own book by $3 a piece and just spent $460 to become a
bestseller. Hopefully you see I'm dropping some big bombs throughout this training. We're
on this slide 13 of 95. Can you do me a favor and agree not to give this information for free?
I see lots of laid bombs going off already. We're just getting started. Here's just something
for you to think about. You can 100% charge your clients to manufacture authority for
them. We're going to get into this a little bit later.
Again, Authority= Content + Distribution. Let's break this down. My biggest issue was
getting content written. I didn't have a medium or way for me to easily get out content. I'm
sitting at the desk and stared at a piece of paper and surf the computer. I start writing. I get
a couple of senses and I raise the whole thing. I start over and the process would just repeat
over and over and over. After 20 or 30 minutes, I have something that was OK that I don't
want to be perfect. I just basically scrap it and start over again. Is this something sound
familiar to you? If you're writing any content, whether it be a blog post or whether it be any
type of piece of content that you have ever tried? It's hard to get in that mode. For me to sit
down on a blank screen and could just write something off the cup is difficult. It's not easy
for me. It's not a good medium for me. What's easier for you? Sit down for an hour or two a
day and write content? Sit down and talk about a topic or two for just 30 minutes? You are
all experts. You have this stuff in your head. You know this stuff backwards and forwards.
The best part about Number 2 which almost every single one of you said is that you're
going to get a lot more content out of the second option. You're not going to get stucked
over thinking each and every word like you're doing option Number 1. Some of you have
guessed, my solution is Google Hangouts. Why? Because it's a very easy medium. This is a
picture of me. This actually out of Google Hangout that I did. I just flip on the switch and I
just start talking about a topic. All I do is pick up some topics that I'll talk about and I write
out 3 or 4 notes or outline of what I want to talk about real quick just to make sure I have
some topic points and I hit record. The cool thing is because I'm using YouTube and
Hangouts, these things rank very, very well. This indication of Hangouts is huge. We're
going to get in to that in a little bit. The last thing is that it's way more personable than
anything else. Does this make sense why you would use Hangouts to just try it ranked?
Does this make sense to everybody? Can you give me a yes? I just want to sure you aren't
falling asleep on me already. Awesome!
I want to talk to you about YouTube ranking factors and best practices. The reason for this
is I'm seeing a lot of friends and customers just doing this completely as backwards. I hope
you aren't offended if I swear every now and then, when I get really, really excited it comes
out more than often. I've literally been doing video SEO for years. So some of this you may
have heard before but for some of you I'm sure that people have told you to do the
opposite. I'll explain to you why they're wrong and why you need to do it in a different
manner. Sounds good? Cook
YouTube Ranking Factors. Obviously, Hangouts are a part of YouTube. A lot of these things
are still very, very important. You want to make sure that you get the keyword and the title
of the video obviously. You should be targeting 2 to 3 keywords per video. You want to
make sure that those keyword phrases are also in your description. Many of you may not
know this but the number of comments on your video is actually part of the ranking factor.
We've tested this. It helps even more in those comments if you can get the keywords
naturally. Next up, likes. Likes for those videos, thumbs up are very important. Embeds, you
can get the embed code for you YouTube video or for you Hangout on other sites. That's a
ranking factor. Lastly, back links. In today's age, you should be doing everything to optimize
before you go to back links. You heard me right. He used to be a big, big back link builder
guy but now trust me, we've done the testing, and we do the stuff day in and day out. Save
your back links for last. It has no faster way to screw up a ranking than pushing some bad
links according to Google. Would you guys agree? Do all that you can to get it ranked? Most
of the time, you won't even need back links. Make it look natural. Understand, you're trying
to rank a video for something that's no competition. All of the competitors, however bad or
flake their videos are, they have zero comments and 10 views, don't go out and buy 10,000
fake views. How big of a trigger would that be?
Channel Optimization. Once you have determined the keywords that are most important to
you, optimize your channel. I don't see anybody in our space and anybody that almost any
other space doing channel optimization. Try to grab your main keyword and top keyword
as the channel name as well. You want to use related keywords within your videos. How
many of you have been doing channel optimization? Give me a yes or a no. About 75% of
you look like no. So, this is huge. This is very, very easy. It takes couple of minutes to setup
for your entire channel. In your settings in YouTube as well, you make sure that your
Channels Video section is set to default. When somebody lands on your channel, they see
the video section. Bonus Tip, once you put up your video, once you upload it, watches your
video all the way through at least once, yourself yes. It doesn't matter if you just uploaded it
from device to another device. Watch your video all the way through at least once. Believe
it or not, this actually really does help.
When Uploading. Whenever you're uploading a video, when you're doing Hangouts it
automatically get recorded and pushed to YouTube. Anytime you do separate YouTube
videos, you want to take note at these instructions, these best practices when you upload.
Be sure when uploading to make the file name your primary keyword. Nobody does this.
You want to make sure that you take full use and full benefit out of the title of the video.
Understand that Google stops or truncates to the page title somewhere around 66
characters. That's as long as you can get in. Make sure that you use the most of that as
possible. Make use of that. Every single video should have a 300-600 word description
about the video with 1 to 2 keywords per 100 words. Make sure that you pick the category
with the top ranking video for your keyword. When you're doing the keyword for best
dentist marketer or best dentist marketing or best SEO for dentist. You want to do the good
research and find out what videos are already ranking for that on YouTube. You want to
make the same categories that they're listed in. Last but not the least, this one is important.
I don't see many people doing this, is include keyword text at the bottom of the description
and the tags section.
One more slide and then we're going to get this train moving again. This is very important.
Don't discount this. For local videos, you're going to have more options. You want to make
sure that you fill in the date that it was taken and you want to copy and paste the address of
the business or the location of where it was taken. This is going to help geo target your
video. If you're doing it for a local client or you're doing it for a client that shows up on
Google+, you want to put in the Google+ URL and the NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number).
If you're doing it for local, this is really, really going to help you get rankings.
Let's keep this thing going. I'm going to give you my Instant Expert topics. I rank Hangouts
to make me look like an expert. With Hangouts, these take almost nowhere. I can literally
start a Google Hangout. I can record 3-5 minute video and I can be on the front page with
Google in an hour and sometimes like up to 24 hours. Lot of them will hit the first page
within Google in an hour. These are some great topics for you to start with. No matter what
you do, think about what you could rank for. What would make you look like an instant
expert? Now, a lot of these don't get a ton of search volume but it does end up finding. If
somebody doesn't end up finding you through this, imagine how this position to. I will give
you a couple of real life example in just a few minutes. The other that this is used is for
bragging ranks. It definitely helps with people perception. Imagine talking to a dentist. Let's
say you specialize a dentist. You are concentrating on a dentist. Imagine talking to a dentist
and saying, "Hey, Mr. Dentist do you value your computer? Real quick, what I want you to
do is go to a search for best dentist marketer and tell me what you see or whatever the
keyword phrase is?" They do a search and you come up right away and dominate. Imagine
the perception at a dentist has dentist. As you know, I won't tell you what to do without me
testing. 99.9% of everything I'm going to show you and teach you today, I put in to work for
me and my business as well. I'm not just sitting here behind the screen, aimlessly telling
you what to do and giving you some ideas. Again, make sure you write this down. Best
marketer in (City, State, Country), Best SEO in (City, State, Country), Best (Service/Product)
in (City, State, Country). A good one if you're doing lead gen could be (Niche) leads and then
(Niche) Pay Per Call and (Niche) Marketing. So Dentist Marketing, Dentist Pay Per Call,
Dentist Leads, etc. If you sit down and think about this for 10-15 minutes, I'm sure you're
going to come up with many, many more great examples. You guys want me to share with
my test results, what I ranked for with my instant expert topics? Yes, yes, yes. Do you add
the city after the leads? In that case, I would not because I can rank right away for that
term. Let me show you right here. If you do a search in Google, right now you don't have to
do it, you can check it out later if you don't believe me. Dentist Pay Per Call, I'm Number 1.
You can down the bottom right, that video is like 1:35. That was easy for me to record. It
took the same basic script and same thing I said on that video and did it for dentist leads.
That one was like 4 or 5 seconds longer, it looks like but that was it. Literally within a
couple of hours, I'm owning the number 1 spot for both of those terms. Go after any of their
niche. Are you guys getting this? This is an AHA moment. Imagine talking with the prospect
and you do a lead gen. If you don't quite trust me yet or I'd you like to check in on who I am.
Go to Google and do a search for Dentist Pay Per Call or Dentist Leads. The power of that is
insane.
What I want to show you is this is page 2 for Dentist Pay Per Call. It's not on Page 1 yet.
Actually it probably is right now. What I specifically want you to take notice of. In this
screenshot there are 2 rankings on the second page. This is from distribution. This
affliatehack.com and joewatsons752@blogspot.com, these are both sites that I own. I own a
profile on BlogSpot and I own this affiliatehack.com All that I did was plug-in with
Onlywire. As soon as I made a Hangout video, it pushes out all of those contents and all of
the different sites on Onlywire. This is what literally help you dominate. You can literally
take over the entire page with this. Make sense to everybody? We're all on the same page?
Awesome!
I will show you couple of more test results and then we're going to get this training
running. So Mobile Dent Repair Pay Per Call Number 1. That one ranked for like 3 or 4
minutes. Mobile Dent Repair Leads, this is at the bottom of page 1 the last that I checked
but I haven't checked it a couple of days. Again, remember when I talked to you about
optimization strategies. Work on your optimization strategies first, leave your back links to
last. This took me about a day to get that ranking. It took a little bit longer. If you don't get
the ranking right away don't just slam it with back links. Wait a day or two to and keep
optimizing it. Don't just go straight for the back links. It should always be your last effort.
Here's another one. Locksmith Pay Per Call on the first page. Locksmith Leads, I'm like
Number 3 or Number 4 on the video section. This is really, really cool. There's a lot, lot
more coming up. So hang on.
What I want to do now is I want to talk to you about your 6 Day Authority Plan. What we
talked about first just on the last couple of slides were the instant expert topics. Remember
these slides back here. Best Marketer in, Best SEO in, Best Product/Service in (City, State
and Country). If you're going after specific niche or vertical like dentist; Dentist Marketing,
Dentist Leads, Dentist Pay Per Call, Dentist Mobile Websites and things of that nature. Got
it? So those are instant expert topics. Next what I want to share with you guys is my 6 Day
Authority Plan. On Day 1, I want you to do your Instant Expert topics. So that's literally
tomorrow. The Instant Experts, literally I want you to crank out tomorrow. This will take
you 15-20 minutes. Do all of you have 15-20 minutes in the next 24hours to spend
improving your business? Awesome! Then Day 2, I will give you literally a plan and literally
that I stucked to what I built. So Day 2 through 6, each day I want you to do 4 Authority
Topic Hangouts. I will show you these topics in a minute. These topics, the goal is a little bit
different. The goal here is to position you as an expert. They're not really for rankings. It
can be a good plus but most of these aren't going to rank for. These videos, the Authority
Topic Hangouts should be things about what's going on in the industry. Buzz about what
you're actually selling. So if you are selling leads, you can do all kinds of stuff. If you're
selling reputation marketing primarily, you should be talking about reputation marketing
in this. When a client or prospect looks you up, they find you everywhere. You look like the
expert. So you can see here the screenshot? I got a bunch of these. Panda/Penguin checklist,
the new Google Planner which you need to know. Does my business need a mobile site?
How often should you post to Facebook? 6 Ways to Improve your SEO today. Fake
Reviewers gets 0 stars from New York Attorney General, using Remarketing to Close Deals.
72% of these trust Yelp as much as on friends, etc. Does this make sense? Do you
understand the difference of Instant Expert and the Authority topics? Give me big yes and a
no. I just want to make sure you understand this before we move on. So one of more time
Instant Expert topic. You should be ranking 4 things like niche. The niche that you would
serve like dentist and then the services that you provide. So Dentist Marketing, Dentist
Leads, Dentist Reputation Marketing or Reputation Management. In the Authority Topic
Hangouts, you're talking about general things that are going on in the industry. Let's say
general buzz or best practices. You can also combine that with like Q&A. Here are my
topics. I'm going to pull out these topics. You can feel free to swipe this, alright? If you want
to swipe this just take a quick screenshot but you can literally copy my topics. Check out
the videos. I won't be offended. Just don't rip word for word.
Basically, all that I do is write up notes for each videos. Just kind of a quick outline and then
basically this goes out with Onlywire. See the notes below the video? You guys see that?
This is my description and this is what goes on the Hangout with the description or
YouTube on the description. Then this gets syndicated through Onlywire. I pop in the
Onlywire and I put in the information and it syndicates it out to all of the different sites that
Onlywire submits. This helps my ranking gets me more view and more distribution. Again,
the notes that you use or the outline that you used of what you're going to talk about in
your talking points, those should be used as your description.
So when a prospect makes it to my blog from one of my rankings where pieces of
syndicated content or any other way; referral or whatever it may be, I look like the expert.
I've manufactured my authority. I just started to but we're getting into the puzzle. How
many of you have an active blog? By active I mean more than 30 blog post. Just give me a
yes or a no. Have many of you had an active blog with 30 or more post? OK, 90% of you say
no. Does that blog position you as the expert, does of you that actually have a blog? Is it
good? Can you connect with your visitors? Do you look like the expert? Seriously. Why
wouldn't? No, it sucks. Justin you don't sound you're confident buddy. Oh, you do Hangouts,
wonderful! So you got the first step down through the process. Awesome! Not so much, no I
could look way better, OK great! Remember, I did a bunch of these in like 1 day. I just sat
down, did a bunch of Hangouts and so basically what I Wordpress if you look at this slide is
I just changed the posted date to stress this out. One of them says Sept. 8th, Oct. 1st, Oct.
8th. I sat down and knocked out a bunch of these. I just scheduled them to go out naturally.
You all told me at the very beginning like it's very hard to differentiate yourself on the
competition and you don't have a way to stick out from the rest in your prospects mind.
Well here's one big tip. 75% or more of you just said that your blog sucks. It's not active
and you're not positioned as an authority. Quick question, how many of you have a book;
physical book or kindle book? I'm not talking about a crappy book, something that you
wrote. Jason Myers, buddy you write your own book and submitted it? No, not yet. Almost
everybody says like I got 2 or 3 yes'. Again, to clarify. The book that you wrote that
provides value and positions you as the expert. Looks like we got a couple of people that
are trying to do so but hasn't been published. For those of you that are in the process and
have been working on it, what's been stopping you from getting it done? What's the
problem? What's the bottleneck? Could you just let me know on the chat that would be
awesome! I want to make sure that I can help you with that. Awesome! Justin, just getting it
done. Sherri takes too much time. I'm terrible in writing. Richard says, lack of time for
research. Actually publishing it, Roger says. No motivation and time. Chris says, finding
content to fill it up. Getting started, getting things perfect content. I'm hiring 2 outsourcers
and didn't go so well shitty writer. Having a problem with the cover. Cool!
I'm going to show you today how to do this for cheap and get passed your bottle necks. I
just laid you out with a formula to make your blog look awesome. When somebody types in
Google your name, these videos will all going to up. So you look awesome! But because
you've already written or spoken all of this content through Google Hangouts, all that you
need to do is re-use your content. Redistribute it. Does that make sense? Have all of your
videos transcribed. We got a question here. What blog should we use? You're going to put it
all on your blog Alida, so it will be alida and then your last name .com. When somebody
searches for you then they find it in front or center. I hear some people say, "Oh well, I don't
need a big book or I don't need a real book," When I talking to people about books, they tell
me like, Joe I need like a real book, a big book not like a little funzy kindle book or 50 or 100
pages. I just say that's bullshit. It's just an excuse at the end of the day not to get it done.
Most of you just told me that it's all coming down to time or you're getting stucked
somewhere. Do this system. It's going to get your blog positioning you as an expert and
then it's going to help you get a book out. Don't be the person that says in the next month
that they're going to write a book from scratch, only for me to talk to you in 6 or 8 months
and tell me like, "I haven't got the chance to submit that." Trust me; I was one of those
people. I was supposedly working on a book for like 2 and a half years and never got
anywhere. This system is getting me through it and actually getting it done. So, 5 minutes of
talking is 650 words. 650 times 20 videos equals 13,000 words. Look up this book on
kindle to find out how big that would when I was doing my research. So, the book was
15,000 words or about the same length as a hundred page paperback. That's all you need.
Don't be full, that doesn't have to be some 500 page book. Nobody would want to read that
anyway. It maybe way too overwhelming. Don't be worried about your video. Write your
videos from what you've learned and get those transcribed. I'm going to show you who I
used to do my transcriptions. I use Fiverr. These 2 gals on Fiverr have done an amazing job
for me. I've many different sources for transcriptions. I've tried cheap, I've tried expensive,
on and off on Fiverr and lots of different sources and these girls have always done the best
for me. If you look, this girl on the left here, 1765 orders, 100% rate. The girl on the right is
newer, her number should definitely be upper or more than 116 by now but she's been
fanstactic for me as well. I personally use both of these people for various transcriptions
and they've done a fantastic job for me. So, 10-15 minutes of transcription is going to cost
you $5. So 20 videos at 5 minutes or less, you're looking at $35-$50 to transcribe all of your
videos. The next point or the next thing that you're going to is you're going to edit it.
Somebody brought it up already like if what I've got ummm's and aaahh's and I don't know
on the camera and things like that, it's all going to be cleaned up. The next thing I do is just
edit the book. Again, I'm using Fiverr. These 2 gigs again have done really, really well for
me. Basically, you're going to find the people charge anywhere from $5 to $10 to do 1,000-1,500 words. At the end, you're going to end up spending $50 to edit your book and have
something good that you can use. Make sense? Good to go? Everybody caught up? I want to
make sure I'm not loosing anybody. Looks like we're good. The attentive reading is like
69%, 70%, 71%. You guys good? Give me a yes. Next step, what we need to do is we need to
format this for kindle and create space. Kindle is going to get it out obviously on the
Amazon. Kindle platform and then create space will get this out in the physical version on
Amazon and also barnesandnoble.com. For the Amazon Kindle formatting, you're going to
pay about $20 to get it formatted and to make a dynamic table of contents. Make sure that
you always choose for the dynamic table of contents. Basically what that means is if you
ever changed any wording or rewrite something and the pages changed like something
goes from the bottom of page 18 to the top of 19 that will be updated in your table of
contents. Trust me; I didn't do this at first. It was a learning curve. This turned out to be a
huge pain in the butt. Always make sure that you have a dynamic table of contents. Front
and back cover, obviously you are going to need a cover for the book. These are my 2
resources that I'm currently using for my covers. So for $30, you should be able to get a
front and a back cover, that's ready to go on create space and Kindle or KDP select. That's
where you go through to push out your book. Again, it's called KDP select. That's where you
do the submission. So these are 2 different sizes. You're getting front and back cover
specifically for create space and KDP select. You want to make sure that you ask for the psd.
This is going to run you $30 to build the cover. Literally giving you every single source that
I'm using. Those of you that me that you already have a book published, there's about 5 or 6
of you on the call. How many of you are bestselling authors? Just give me a yes or a no or y
or n, that would be sweet. No,no,no. Alright, nobody is. The next step of the manufacturing
authority project is to become a bestselling author through KDP select and through
Amazon and Barnes and Noble. To be frank, it's easy to hack the system. In fact, it can take
as little as 10 purchases of your book to get bestsellers status on Amazon and Barnes and
Noble. The entire key here is the category your book is in. Again, you want to distribute
your physical book with great space. They print this on the demand for Amazon. You don't
have to worry about dropping $1,000 or $2,000 to get your books in your hand. Everything
is done for you. You want to distribute your book with KDP Select. Some tips here to make
sure that you become a best seller. Start your promotion on Friday or Saturday. The reason
is that book sale is over the weekend. You want to go after the times that they're dead,
right? You want to focus all of your marketing into generating sales on those days right
when you launch over the weekend. Release it at start for $1 or for free. Again, when you
release it at first, you want to sell it for $1. We used to do it for free, I think it depends upon
the platform now but you can just choose and do it for $1. Ask all of your family and friends
to buy it that day. What family member couldn't support you for $1. Post it on social media
and promote that post. Spend a little money advertising that to your peers or to your
family. Spend $50 over 2 days. Does this system so far make sense to everybody? Does
everybody getting it? I saw a comment here from Doug. Doug says all the other gurus are
charging thousands to help author a book. They definitely are, Doug. Like I said from the
beginning it might piss off a couple of people but it's ok. Richard said, give the proceeds to
charity. That's a great idea Richard. Melanie said the same thing. Basically have them buy
and I donate equal amount to charity. That's awesome! I'm getting it, I'm getting, I'm
getting it. Justin says, what is getting this a kicking of hands for not having done this yet. It's
all stuff except for starting on Friday or Saturday. I got some cool stuff, Justin coming out.
I'm sure you haven't seen this before. This is pretty cool. Basically which is repurposing the
content that you are going to create anyway to put on your blog? You're going to leverage
that to make a book really, really cheap. Because you know how to do it, you guys are going
to become a bestseller in Amazon. I mean, when you're talking with the prospect and
you're doing it out between couple of different companies to trying to get that prospect's
business and you have that bestseller’s that means a ton on them. They think that's crazy.
They don't understand like the internet way. They never had been on the webinar like this.
You're going to stick out in your prospects mind. Like I said, at the very beginning, I told
you I'm going to literally give you everything I know on this topic. You can rip it and deploy
it and put it into work for your business. I'm going to need a big yes for this one. Would you
like to know a sneaky way to get on CNN for free? CNN for free? If you could show a little
picture that says on your profile picture or on your book that basically said as seen on CNN,
what do you think that would do for your authority? Everybody's flipping out. OK, it's
iReport. Somebody gets it right. Basically, what you do is you go to Google and do a search
for iReport. iReport is basically an area where you can go and you can be a "freelance"
reporter for CNN. The people on the community are basically writing stories for CNN. Once
you sign up for an account, that's basically a preview. There's no instant there or anything.
Once you login, you'll see this assignment desk that you see on the right here. What you're
going to do is you click Upload Report. That will let you submit your story. Just a couple of
quick tips here, when you're uploading report, you want to select a category that's relevant.
If none are relevant at the very end or at the very top, you'll see actually in the screenshot,
you'll see none. Don't fake it and try to post some bullshit article that doesn't match up with
the category because it will get taken down. You better off just choosing none. Be sure that
you follow directions on this page. Don't be over promotional or it's not going to be
accepted. It will probably show up right away and will end up getting taking that. In
October, I did this. 6 minutes ago when I took it. Basically, CNN will typically review this
within an hour your submission and the article will be posted. This is me, you see my
profile picture here. Location, Florida, 6 minutes ago. I am on CNN. When I first submit this
in October, I just put a link up to this on Facebook on my personal profile. I'm sure you will
find this. I finally got a chance to publish this article. I put in like the name of the digital
advertising, yada, yada. Finally, I got this up on CNN and put the link. Finally got this
published on CNN I think like 30 or 40 comments. Everybody thought I was amazing. How
do you think that this would look for offline clients? Holy cow! Joe was on CNN?! This is
crazy. Is this awesome? Are you guys going to use this today or tomorrow? Are you going to
post on article so you see them on CNN? Is this manufacturing authority or what? Yes, yes,
yes, awesome! You were over delivering. Awesome!
Jean says can Canadians be on CNN? For sure, Jean.
So guys, I got one more for you. One more little sneaky trick. I will show you how to get
yourself on Yahoo! How's that sound? You want to be on Yahoo! tomorrow too? Tomorrow,
tonight? Awesome! As seen on Yahoo! you can all do this through Yahoo! Voices. Just go a
Google search for Yahoo! voices and at the top right you're going to hit sign in or register
that big yellow button. Once you sign in to your account, what you're going to do is just on
in here and you're going to publish your article. The only downside about Yahoo! voices is
that it takes longer than CNN to get reported or actually show off on our site. It took me like
7 days to get mine approved on Yahoo! voices. Once you submit it, you'll see this one
content in progress on screenshot. That's what you'll see until the articles actually
approved.
So what do you guys this so far is this awesome? You guys want some more? Trust me, I got
a lot more. We are on slide 42 of 97. We're not even halfway through yet. Are you guys
ready? Ready to keep rolling? Awesome! What I want to do is I want to change gears in a
second. At first I want to take a quick 10 minute break. I want you all to keep being able to
pay attention. Right now it is 3 minutes until the top of the hour. We will start 5 after the
hour. Again, we're going to be starting at 5 after the hour. Take a potty break. Get some
drink and I'll be back to you guys just a couple of minutes.
Alright alright, we are gonna start in one or two minutes. I thought that it will really really
be helpful though is to do a quick recap of what we have covered so far. Like I said, we are
at slide 43 of 97. We got a long long way to go. So let’s just do a quick recap alright? So let
me go back towards the beginning here. Alright, so the big thing that all you guys is gonna
make sure to get ingrained in your head and that you guys understand this moving forward
is that authority = content + distribution. You guys have to have an easy way to produce
content. That is easy for you guys alright. My solution and I think it should be the solution
for all of you guys as well. Is to jump into a quick google hangout and just talk about a
subject for a couple of minutes, alright? And stop it and just do another one. Alright? So
each and every one of you guys are experts. You guys have all paid literally thousands of
dollars by now in training. You guys understand more than the average person or average
“joe”. Right? Ok, when you are talking with a prospect, they are grilling you typically.
Asking you a ton of questions. The reason is, is you are the expert and they don’t have the
answers. Ok, understand that you guys are the expert. And then we played who is the
authority game. Alright, so obviously here is Robert Kayusaki and guys, is Robert Kayusaki
really smarter than any other financial adviser? I mean, don’t get me wrong. He is smart. I
learned a ton from him. But again he’s filed bankruptcy several times. Alright and again,
here is Doctor Phil. I mean is Doctor Phil really a better psychologist than any other
psychologist. No, again he just knows the formula for authority. Content + distribution. Ok
and lastly here in this little game. Is Richard Simmons really the authority in fitness? Or is
this guy here with the 10 pack the expert or the authority. Hey, guys personally I would
rather have a personal trainer who has a 10 pack than Richard Simmons teaching me how
to do fitness. Again, the difference between you and them is this equation. Authority =
content + distribution. I’m gonna fast forward through some of this stuff.
Ok, so again I talk about, in slide 14 here about that. Hangouts for me is the solution. Ok, I
have a problem sitting down in front of a blank screen or piece of paper and trying to write.
This doesn’t go well for me. Alright, I start writing. I get a sentence or two in and erase it. I
start over and the process just keeps repeating. It’s like a snowball. And after 20 minutes, I
have something that is decent. But at the end, I just want to perfect it and start over. And
typically it would take more than 20 minutes for me to write something good and that I am
proud of. And all of you guys. A lot of people in this call related to me. And it’s just not me.
And it’s just not easy for everybody to sit down and do that. Ok and the fact is for all of us in
the call, it’s not a good medium. It’s not a good way for us to get content out. And that
hangouts is I believe a good solution for you guys. Ok and again because it’s an easy
medium. Ok and we get all kinds of fringe benefits for it. Right? YouTube and google
hangouts ranks very very well in the search engines. Alright, and with YouTube and
hangouts, we can leverage syndication strategies.
Alright we are gonna talk a little bit of onlywire for a minute or two. And you guys can plug
in to onlywire and you guys will have a ton of syndication. Which will help you guys to rank
and be seen in all places, right? I believe that onlywire goes out to 45 sites. You guys can do
your hangouts, submit it to onlywire and boom. That hangout will be in all those 45 sites.
Ok and at the end of the day it is way more personal than anything else. The connection is
huge.
Then we went through the YouTube’s ranking factors and then channel optimization. We
talked about things that you should do right when uploading YouTube videos. So we all
know that google hangouts does all the recording for us and when we are done with that
hangout it automatically puts it in YouTube. If you are using this method then you won’t be
actually uploading videos. But if you upload anything to YouTube, make sure that you are
following these simple strategies.
Then we talked about local videos and then we got into instant expert topics. Basically
what this is, is you ranking for things to get the prospect’s attention. Something for you to
break the ice. Imagine if a prospect actually typed in dentist pay per call and saw my face in
front of google. Clicked on that video and called me. What would be their perception of Joe
Troyer be like? What would they think of me? Ok, that would put me in a very very good
position right out of the gate.
Ok, so guys, you can swipe my topics and I’m sure if you guys think about it for 10 or 15
minutes, you will come up with a ton more. Best marketer in city, state or country. Best SEO
in city, state, country. Best adword consultant. You guys name it. Best service or product in
city, state, country. I like to do these broad ones that aren’t in city, state as well that rank
everywhere. And those are the examples that I showed you to. Niche and then leads,
paypercall or marketing. Or what ever services you guys provide. If you do reputation
marketing, you would want to put that in there. Alright, so I just showed you guys the test
results for the rankings of a bunch of these dentist pay per call, dentist leads. Getting crazy
results from the second page as well. Mobile dent repair, pay per call and leads. Locksmiths
pay per call. Locksmiths leads.
And I walked you guys through my 6 days authority plan. Ok? So day 1 you knock out 4
hangouts minimum that on the instant expert topics that we just walked through. Ok, that
way when you are talking with a prospect. Hey you got a second? Are you on your
computer? Go, look this up and you will be in position as the expert. Alright so day 2
through 6. Each day you should be doing 4 authority topic hangouts. Why 4? Because that’s
gonna give you enough content to turn this into a book. Alright? And obviously we have the
fringe benefit as well of this going in your dot com blog. Ok? So you guys should all have a
blog. Mine is JoeTroyer.com and when somebody looks me up. They are going to find that.
And when they go and look into that blog, I’m going to look like an expert. OK, I want you
guys to be able to rip this and use this for yourselves. And the way I syndicate it out to my
blog is I just put my blog into onlywire. Put in the username and password and the url in
there. Whenever I syndicate through onlywire it gets pushed out to my blog as well myself
host theblog.
Alright and here are the topics. Here is the second page of topics. This is everything guys
that I actually talked about. Ok all that I did is went through these topics and then went
made 5 or 6 bullet points in like intrel(?) for each one. And I just booted up hangouts and
ran em and then you know just would repeat. And again most of you guys can probably do
this in a day. But I think 4 days makes it nice and easy for you guys to accomplish. So once
you have those notes. You are gonna syndicate that through onlywire and you are gonna
make that your description. Ok, so you are gonna reuse those notes as your description for
your video. Ok again everything is gonna go on your blog at yourname.com.
Next up we are gonna have that videos transcribed. And you guys can use fiver. You guys
can use my sources. Next up when you have all of that transcribed. You are gonna want to
edit it. So you get rid of all the umms, ahhs and the sentences that maybe you started and
never finished or things of that nature. And make it sound good.
Finally, format for kindle and create space. $20 for each platform. Though you are gonna
have a file ready for create space. One that’s ready to go for kindle. Before you submit it.
Next up is the front and back cover. So you are gonna need a cover for your book. Alright,
these are my sources for my cover. You wanna make sure that you get the psd so if you ever
want to edit it or change it in the future. After you get a bunch of coverage in CNN and
yahoo and other sources that I’m gonna share with you in a little bit. Believe me, you guys
want to edit that cover to reflect your new found authority. Alright?
And then we talked about becoming a best selling author and how to hack the system.
Really when is it that you should launch a book and that’s gonna be over the weekend.
Make it a buck or make it free and make sure you let everybody know. Post that stuff on
facebook. Post that in google plus. Alright send out a video to all of your family and get
them to buy it. Somebody made a post that you can donate that dollar to charity as well. Ok,
trust me this is how you get to be a best selling author.
Alright and I showed you guys how to get featured on CNN and yahoo through yahoo voices
as well and then we just had our intermission.
You guys ready for the second half? Are you with me? Are you awake? Awesome, awesome.
Lots of lets do it, my heart is racing, this is the best ever. That brings up a great point. What
do you guys think of the webinar so far? Just give me your honest opinion. Tell me what you
think. Elita says oh you know its ok. Totally worth my time. Great. Lot of people are really
blown this out. I really appreciate it. A couple of people said that some of this are familiar
but some great new tips and different angles and ways to get things done. It looks like this
is gonna help them finally get over the hump and actually get this out. Sandra says that I’m
not really impressed with some of the flavor of the words and impressions used. Sandra,
unfortunately I’m sorry but I’m not really sorry. That’s what happens when I get fired up
and when I get excited. But by all means Sandra, submit a support ticket and cancel. I have
no hard feelings if you get out of the webinar right now. I’m doing my best to bring the
goods ok? And if that offends you, I am sorry. But I am not going to change it. Alright? Lets
keep this thing rolling.
So onlywire, we talked about this a little bit. Currently I have one pro account. For me
personally. I have one pro account for each of my lead gen stuff that I do. Or for each of the
clients that I work with. Ok, if you guys are only doing only wire submits for your hangouts
and you want to do it for your client’s stuff. You are going to need one account, this pro
account for each of them. Ok? Start out small. Start using it. Start getting results and you
guys can scale from there. Ok, so pro is $49 a year and you get a thousand submissions a
month. Alright? There is alternatives but frankly they suck compared to onlywire. Just not
as near many sites.
So WeOnTech is a company that I have been looking out for a while and following and
hoping that start submitting to more sites and really step up and match onlywire. But you
can see that the prices aren’t very cheap. They say that they submit to 40 networks, its just
not true. So I logged in and tried the service and frankly I was a little disappointed.
So, oops, went a little too fast. Next thing I want to chat to you guys about I’ve told myself
many times that I wasn’t gonna share this. Frankly its going to upset some people. You guys
know how I feel about that. Frankly, I don’t care. My mission in life is to be in the bleeding
edge. And to share with each and everyone of you. My students, my friends that will accept
my help how to move forward in this industry. How to skip those bumps and bruises and
horrible crappy mishaps. Issues and mistakes that I went through when building my
business. So I’m going to show to each and everyone of you guys in the training today how
to pull up your brent(?) your images, your authority for a little pennies on the dollar and
give you that little extra push to help you guys all rock. Alright and to make all your
competitors look up to you and they wont have any clue or how to be able to figure out how
to match your authority. Like I said, I guarded this stuff a little up to now.
How many of you guys if you cannot only be in CNN. Ok and yahoo voices but if you can be
on CBS, the Boston Globe, Columbus Dispatch. If you can be in the Wall street Journal. Ok,
the Houston Chronicle. What would this do for you? Would your competitors look up to
you? Seriously, will this bump you a little bit. Will this give you a little extra enthusiasm.
Will this excite you a little bit more? Would you have the confidence when talking to
prospects? Jing says please how? Can says he is going to catapult me. Guys I’m going to
show you guys all of this today.
So the key here is to write and distribute press releases. Alright but not like press releases
like you guys think. Alright, I got started really in the internet marketing side of things.
Specifically data(?) marketing. I did design and development before that but really umm
2006. I did my press release in 2007. For those of you guys that have been in the industry
for a while. You understand that press releases at that time, in that time, in that era. You
did press releases for traffic and for rankings. I’m gonna tell you guys. Times have changed
and that’s not why you do it now. Right, you guys write and submit press releases now.
Excuse me, hang on a second. You guys write and distribute press releases now for
syndication and to get featured in these big sites.
Ok so the strategy I’m going to show to you guys today. After you get your book done. Ok,
after you become the best seller. I know that all of you guys can follow these strategies. I
know that all of you guys can be a best seller. All you got to do is do the work and frankly its
not that much work. This is like hacking the system. Ok, once you become a best seller. Do a
press release that basically states that your book is awesome and that you are a best seller.
Corbin Stuart’s new book on yadda yadda topic is amazing and he just became the best
seller. That’s basically all what your press release is going to say. Ok, so use
releasewire.com for this. They were recently purchased by sbwire. So I highly recommend
checking out sbwire. It’s a little bit more expensive but they have great like monthly deals.
We will talk about that in just a second. But with ReleaseWire you will get featured on these
sites, right? Miami Herald, CBS, Boston Globe, Columbus Dispatch, Daily Herald, Houston
Chronicle and all these other ones that you see in the slide.
Ok, you bump up those press release. You do a good job you pay a little bit extra. You can
also be included in the Associated Press and that’s like another wire. That’s another
distribution channel. Alright guys, with Associated Press you are gonna get big boys
attention. Associated Press goes out to USA Today, The New York Times, The Chicago
Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Denver Post, Philadelphia Inquirer and a bunch bunch more.
Alright so how much does this cost? Ok with the site that I just told you about sbwire. Ok,
used to be unlimited for $99 a month. This is like a hidden undercover secret gem. That we
used to use like crazy. Now its different. But its still cheap. Think what this is worth to you.
You can say that you were in all these sites.
Listen lets bring this back a step. I told you guys how I put that article in CNN. When I
posted that in facebook. About 2 hours later my mom called me crying saying you on CNN?
Guys the authority here is insane. Ok so for $49.95 a month you get 30 press releases. I
mean seriously 30? Who’s gonna use that much? Sign up for a month and then cancel it ok?
Is this amazing? You guys loving that? Somebody says costs 2 arms and 3 legs. No, its not
$49.95 a month. Elita says, explain the value in doing it monthly. That’s the only packaging
that they have, Elita. Ok, sign up for one month and cancel. Yes, Ali, there will be a replay
though. Actually be in encore that goes out this evening at 8pm Eastern, alright? So if you
guys are missing some of it don’t worry. Try to keep up. There is gonna be an encore at
8pm Eastern. Ok, Diane says press releases are great stuff. They are but realize that the
reason you are doing a press release is to get featured in these big sites. So you can claim as
seen on these sites. Ok because nowadays there is no whole lot of SEO benefit especially
compared to what there were used to be.
Cav, one more recommendation for you. We just started using these guys and it’s a little bit
more expensive but we are getting some great exposure with it. So its called PRReach. Its
gonna cost you $69 for one release a month. If you don’t plan in doing one more release a
month just sign up for the first month and cancel. Ok from what I was able to see so far.
They are submitting to the same distribution channels as I can tell from my research. I’m
testing it. They also make a video for you for the release. They are adding their social media
account and they will automatically share the release to their followers too. And they
manually submit that video that they created to other video channels and they do a whole
slue of other things. So I highly recommend you guys check out PRReach. There is a couple
of other alternatives in here for more distribution. Yes $60 a month for one release. You
guys can cancel it anytime. So if you are just gonna do one, just do one. Fine. But I think
when you guys see the value of this. $69 a month isn’t gonna be anything.
For more distribution, PRLog is great but its expensive. Ok, I will try these other services
first. They should get you the results. Alright PRBuzz is great, $299 a year. But just a little
tip here guys. Great distribution but you can have fivver guys do it. They have accounts
there. They will distribute it for you for pennies. Ok, PRLeap.com again this one is $99 a
month 2 releases. You can get featured on Boston.com, Daily Herald, Miami Herald again
these are just more ideas for distribution. Again try the first 2 that I recommended first.
And lastly, eReleases is definitely the most expensive. You are looking at $199 to $499 per
release. Ok, what about PRWeb that’s a great question. I haven’t used PRWeb since 2007.
For this purpose, I wouldn’t suggest them.
Alright so lets talk about your first press release. When I mentioned press releases, people
just tend to freeze and their eyes glaze over. Again I did my first release in 2007. Ok, I did it
again because of major SEO benefits. That’s the biggest thing for me. That’s why I did it and
my biggest concern at that time was the content in the press release. I thought it had to be
amazing and news worthy in order for it to get accepted and for me to get the exposure I
was looking for. You know for the big brands and authorities to pick it up. Ok, but back
then, I didn’t know in reality. It was all about this “distribution channels” and the se
different wires. Understand that these distribution channels is the key to get you to these
big authority sites. Ok, its not so much the content but where you submit it. By all means
the contents cant be trash and not legible. Ok but it doesn’t need to be some great praise
worthy article or release. Does that make sense to everybody? Awesome.
So what I’m gonna do is I’m going to give you guys a high level template. Ok that you guys
can use when creating press releases. For when your book hits best seller on Amazon. Ok,
would that be cool. Would that help you guys? Diane’s getting excited. Great to have you on
the call Diane.
So again what you are gonna do is get your hangouts out there. Ok, you are gonna get them
turned into a book. You are gonna give it away for free or for a buck to become a best
selling author. Alrigth then you are gonna write and syndicate a press release with one of
the two sources I told you in those slides alright? OK, so PRReach or Sbwire. Ok I highly
recommend starting with PRReach and what you are writing about in that is basically you
became a best seller.
So quick outline. To jump right into this. You need a title, a sub head. You need a location
and date. Paragraph’s 1, 2 and 3 are all going to be about that you became an Amazon best
seller. The information on your book is about who its for and some snippets or quote from
your book. Paragraph 4 if you have it should be reviewers comments. Ok paragraph 5
should be your bio. And lastly you should have your contact information.
If you guys go do this research. You don’t have to because I did it for you. But if you guys go
and do this research and look for press releases if somebody became a best seller. You will
find that 90% of the press releases out there follow this outline. Ok, I wanted to give you
guys something that is proven. That is working. That you guys can rip and take and this is
it. This is the outline.
So next is your title. Here are just some templates that you guys can use for your title. Ok,
whatever the topic of the book is. Yadayada marketing whatever. Digital marketing book,
reputation marketing book quickly reaches number one in Amazon. Ok, one example.
Second example, Entrepreneur Diane. I hope I pronounced your name, last name right,
Yani? Hits Amazon best seller list with new Reputation marketing book. Ok, whatever the
topic is of the book. Ok? Reputation Marketing Expert Roger Hot, hits Amazon best seller
with whatever the name is with your book. Does that make sense for everybody? So if you
go again look at the press releases. This is what you guys will find on what they use. Ok, so
there is no reason to reinvent the wheel.
Alright, so your sub heads. Here are some great examples of sub heads. Topic, expert, your
name and then the category of the book. Name of book, reached number one or whatever
number it reached. In Amazon’s and then you put in the category. Digital marketing for
example category and best seller status in this other category. Ok? Cause that’s what’s
going to happen. You are going to rank in multiple categories. You can be number one in
this category and number two in this category. Number four on this one. Even from just
selling a handful of books. Ok, next stop. Your name, recently hit number one Amazon.com
best seller lists with the new book and then the name of your book. Alright and then the
name of your book is the number five best selling book in the Amazon category. Whatever

Is that easy enough? You guys know how to do both your titles and sub heads? An over all
should know how the outline looks like? Awesome.
Alright. So guys, you can outsource the writing for these press releases. Tell them what you
want. Give them the outline and give them the examples. Fill some it in for them. I highly
recommend when you guys do this that you buy 2 press releases and out of that you should
be able to get one good press release for cheap. Ok, both of these offering 400 word press
releases for $5. That’s all you need. 400 words is fine. Steve bells says he is now smarter
than he looks. Alright guys, any questions on the writing of the press release? No? Its quite.
Awesome, cool. Thanks for the confirmation guys.
So, I want to switch gears a little bit and go back to google hangout and kinda bring you
guys back to speed on the software and the hardware that I use for hangouts. So, you can
play pre-recorded videos on google hangouts. Ok, so I highly suggest that you go and buy
one of these tools. Actually iGlasses is paid around 10 or 15 bucks and SplitCamera is free.
So SplitCamera for PC and iGlasses for Mac. I’m really happy with the quality. For when I
want to play a pre-recorded video or maybe a slide show. With out actually doing a hangout
with me in the screen. So again SplitCamera or iGlasses. John says you are on fire. Cool. The
audio syncs up pretty well Corvin. Great question.
So, my camera recommendations. I have all Macs and if you have a Mac or a newer Mac.
You know the current generation or the last generation. You guys don’t need an extra
camera. Ok, the camera in the computer is good enough. West asks does this work with lead
gen videos and hangouts? It sure does, West. So again SplitCamer and iGlasses allows you
to play pre-recorded videos through google hangouts. Ok, so camera recommendations. If
you have a Macbook or an Imac or Thunderbold display or any Mac device that is either
new or like the last generation. You guys don’t need an upgraded camera. You have a PC
and its new, you probably don’t need to either. But if you are recording it and it looks kinda
crappy and you are not happy with it. I would highly suggest that you guys would use the
Logitech C920. Before my business partner Ben Pate finally moved over to a Mac. This was
the camera that he was using and he got some really really good quality video out of it.
Alright? So again Logitech C920.
For microphones. Up until a year ago all the videos that I did for everything like trainings.
Any type of videos or any types of sound. I use my Mac default like built in mic and it
worked great. Nobody was the wiser. But if you guys have background sound or if you guys
are working from home and kids in the room or girlfriend or wife in the other room. You
guys want to upgrade to a better microphone so you wont hear that background noise. So if
you have a lot of background noise. I highly suggest that you grab this Logitech G330. Its
actually the headset that I am wearing right now. You guys can grab this on Amazon for 70
bucks and it has great filtering for background noise. If you don’t have background noises
and you just want great clarity and you want something to put at your desk. A lot of people
have the Yeti. We have a Yeti here and I really like that one as well. But my number one pick
would definitely be the Logitec G330. Alright, cool.
So, this is my full set up for my mic. The Yeti mic we have here and this is overboard. I’m
just gonna tell you ahead of time that this is overboard. But I had people asked me and the
last time I did this webinar. The only other time that I have done this. People ask me what it
looks like so I told them. So I have this Rode swivel mount. Ok so this is like a boom arm
that I can adjust it on my desk to put the mic back away on the corner when I am not using
it. Pull it out and get it right in front of my face whenever I want it. This adjustable pop filter
will help you guys pop in other noises. And then the shock mount here. Alright so each of
these I bought on Amazon and these should be the current prices in Amazon as well. So
again a little overboard but if you are gonna be doing a bunch of this and you want to buy
yourself something nice this is it. So this is actually my full setup here in the office where I
am actually sitting right now at my desk. And this is actually the full setup put together.
Awesome, James says that I have never been on a webinar that spells out things step by
step, great job, Joe. Thank you, James. I really appreciate that buddy. You guys are why I do
it.
So if you guys are nervous about talking on camera. Ok and you need a teleprompter. You
need something to read your script from. I highly suggest that you guys work past that. But
a cheap easy solution. Is the see eye to eye teleprompter and this fits right over your
monitor. Alright and basically what you are gonna do is play a free teleprompter that plays
over this thing. And so it looks like you are looking right at the camera and in reality you
are but you are reading the text right there too. So this piece of equipment is great if you
are not used to recording stuff or if you are not good at looking at the camera. I highly
suggest in investing on one of these. I highly suggest in investing on one of these even if the
rest of these full setup. That would be money really really well spent. Its 50 bucks on
Amazon. Basically this thing, this See eye to eye works like a periscope. Ok, so you can see
the reflected image while you are looking into your camera and the people in the camera
cant see anything.
So lets jump back a second. I want to talk about the onlywire best practices and a little
about distribution here. So if you guys are gonna be setting up multiple onlywire accounts,
definitely set them up on your separate Gmail accounts for each one of your profiles.
Alright so even if you guys go set up an onlywire account just to do your hangouts for
everything that we talked about today. Use a different email address than your primary
Gmail to register with onlywire and to sign up for those accounts ok? And you don’t want to
do more than one account per email service. Ok, so some of these guys you know will just
delete you for no reason. Some of these services will and you don’t want ever to get banned
with like your primary email account, right?
So if you ever want to get your account set up quickly. You can use multiple vendors on
fivver to set them up. So I get all my onlywire accounts set up in fivver. Fiber, sorry fivver.
Fiber that really doesn’t make any sense. On fivver. And I believe I am paying 15 bucks for
all the different accounts set up. All the different sites that they submit to. And they actually
go and put it in my account. So some of them will just send you a csv and you manually go
in and add them. You know, I don’t want to do that. Id rather pay a couple bucks extra. For
them to go you know completely take care of the whole process for me.
James says he also uses fivver for onlywire. Awesome and if you need an account its 49
bucks per year right? Yup, that’s it. Roger says he doesn’t get how the eye to eye
teleprompter works. Roger just look it up, I’m sure you. Probably there is a video or a
description. I just want to move fast.
Alright, so just some best practices for onlywire. All those new accounts that you set up. I
would highly suggest that you add content to each site over the period of the span of 5 top
6 days. Naturally, ok? Make it appear naturally to help age the account before you guys
start slamming it. With you know, with if you go crazy like 20 hangouts in a day or
something like that. Just take it easy the first couple of days for onlywire.
I would highly highly suggest adding a self hosted wordpress site that is your own so not a
wordpress.com one. The one that is on your own site. So we talked earlier on
yourname.com. So when somebody looks you up. That’s what they are gonna find. I highly
suggest buying more than one, a few. It’s a little bit more advanced. We will talk about that
a little bit later. But the wordpress self hosted sites ranks insanely well in the search
engines. Steve says, dude you are way over delivering on this one. Thanks buddy, I
appreciate that man. We are getting there. We are officially 2/3 of the way through. So, give
me another a little bit. I’m gonna keep hammering through this and then I’m gonna open it
up for Q & A and we will shut this thing down alright?
So for max distribution and results. Each profile on onlywire should have an additional self
hosted wordpress hosted. Ok and self hosted, blogger and tumblr. Ok start off with one of
each. Ok, so by default you are gonna have one self hosted in there. You have a blogger in
there and a tumblr. I’m telling you guys basically to add an additional one. Ok, because right
now blogger, the self hosted wordpress, self hosted and tumblr. Those are really working
really well. So you guys can basically double up your rankings. Ok so you want to have two
of each of these when you are submitting. So 2 wordpress hosted ones, 2 wordpress.coms,
2 bloggers and 2 tumblrs. Ok and also and I’m saying social with google plus is working
really really well. Ranking well finally in the SERPS. So make sure you are sharing your
posts in google plus.
I would highly consider buying a few PR domains. So by PR I mean domains with page rank.
If you don’t already have some that you can use. It doesn’t really matter what the domain is.
Trust me if you guys have domains that already have page rank that you are not using and
that you can throw onlywire on and syndicate your stuff too. Its going to rank really really
well. Ok, trust me. I know a thing or two about domains and page rank domains.
In fact I bought over 500 expired domains in the last 2 years. Ok, I never really opened up
about this topic and I know at least a few of you guys on the call have been hitting me up
about wanting me to build up a blog network or asking me how to do a blog network or
how do you buy expired domains to do that. I’m going to right now talk to you guys about
my minimums, what I am looking for. Again I’ve never really talked about this. So just bear
with me while I try to answer you guys questions, ok?
So when you buy domains. Usually the whole advantage of buying domains with page rank
already is you don’t have to build them up from zero. Ok understand that when you buy
them, they can work extremely well at the gate or they can flop. Ok, just have that
expectation. But when they go well, you guys can literally, if you have a couple of them, take
over the entire first page of google for longer term keywords with very very very little
work. Alright, so you have a private blog network. Alright guys, I have my private blog
networks for literally years. I’m doing this stuff for a very long time. So my minimum when
I am looking to buy a domain is I’m looking for a minimum of page rank 3. How many of
you guys use OpenSiteExplorer? Yup. Anybody else? Yes, yes, yes. Ok, this is an advanced
strategy not all of you guys need to do this. You guys can do this down the road once you
get the rest of the strategy down.
But when you are buying domains I always look for page rank 3 minimums. A minimum
domain authority with OpenSiteExplorer of 20. A minimum page authority of 30 and a
minimum of root domains of 20. Ok, so root domains is how many unique domains. Not
urls, how many unique domains are pointing to that site. Ok, so the reason why I go out for
this criteria is this is for me. What worked well buying over 500 domains. I look back at
those 500 domains that I bought. Its actually more than 500 now. But if I just look at 500 of
them and see what has worked and what hasn’t. This criteria has worked the best for me.
Ok, so when you are buying some page rank domains. You got some multiple options on
where you can buy. Alright so you can buy on Flippo which is a website platform, business
selling website platform. Digital point marketplace. For expireds you can get them from
Register Compass or Fresh Drop. Fresh Drop is free. Register Compass is I think 40 bucks a
month. But the thing about Register Compass is it does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. You
can put in your criteria and what you want in a domain. It will only tell you the ones that
match that criteria. Ok, so always buy .com, .net or .org and always remember to be careful
when directly linking to your money site. Ok, if you are new to these types of strategies. If
you never bought links before or you have never built out your private network. Honestly,
I’m gonna suggest that you guys don’t. Until you have some time to play with it and
everything else is kinda automated in your business. Alright I don’t want you to take your
eyes off the ball, alright? So OSE is Open Site Explorer.
Alright this is Register Compass basically. This is the filter area so it will send you email
whenever a domain matches your criteria and for me, I use it because it has the biggest
selection of expired domains. It gets rid o bunch of the grunt work for me.
Alright 68. Slide 68 of 97. We got to keep this thing moving. Most common problem with
building a private blog network is getting decent content on your site for an ok price.
Alright, so you want spun but human edited content because otherwise the quality is bad
when its spun and nobody ever looks at it. Alright, you don’t want spun like a machine. It
has to be legible, it has to be readable and it has to be good. Because if ever somebody ever
comes to your site from google, looks at the content, you don’t want them digging you.
Right? You don’t want them flagging you for a manual review. So personally we are using
article builder a lot right now. The cool thing about article builder is that you can
automatically post related images, videos and like tips. Specifically through article builder.
So you basically tell them what content you want and then they drip it out to your blogs. So
cool, alright.
Does everybody think that they understand that authority = content + distribution? Can I
just get a big yes. You got that point down, we don’t need to cover it anymore. You
understand what you need to do. You literally have each step. Can you guys got the
distribution strategy right? You understand how to go and get featured into those sites. You
know how to write those press releases and what’s in a press release. You got the
templates. Cool. Yup, yup, awesome.
So now that we have that down. I want to talk to you guys about how to make you look like
a really big company for pennies on the dollar. How many of you guys have seen my ad
floating around in the internet? You just give ma Y on the chat. How many of you seen my
ads? For one of my clients or for one of our products? Like one of the logos for our products
or even my face on facebook or any other place. How many of you have seen me? Wow, its
more than I expected. Looks like everyone of you guys. ACT ads, yup Analytics. Your face.
Facebook. PPC with Ben Pate. Cool. So you guys understand how I am doing that right?
Richard Jone says I have clicked on it a hundred times or probably more, just kidding.
Awesome. So you guys should see that I am retargeting you guys. And all of you guys should
understand that you guys should be doing this in your business too. Most of you guys know
what retargeting is. But if you don’t, let me real quick catch you up.
Ok, so when you land in one of my websites. I have a piece of code on my website that
basically drops a cookie on you. So this is either from facebook or perfect audience or from
adwords. These are like the networks that serve up the ads and they allow me to target you.
Show you ads that I want to show you. So you come to analyticcalltracking.com or to any of
our sites practically and you are going to start to see my face all over the place. And you
guys are gonna be like, dude this guy is huge. He is everywhere. I mean that is the
assumption that you make. Guys, I get literally facebook messages every single day from
clients and from my friends. They are like, I just saw your face, I just saw your facebook ad
again or I just saw you on CNN or this other news site or wherever. Because I am
retargeting them. This is huge. This is a constant reminder of Joe Troyer. James says, Joe
you don’t need to target me. I already own everything that you have ever sold. Well, so
how many of you guys are actually doing retargeting? Seems everybody know and I did a
good job pointing. Give me a yes or no if you are personally doing retargeting. Ok so we got
one person so far. Two people. Three people. I study it. I see it everywhere but I don’t know
how. Mostly for clients not for myself.
Alright so you guys need to be doing it for yourself. This is one of the big pieces in the
manufacturing authority puzzle. Ok so guys when you get clients to come to your site, you
look like an expert. You got those logos everywhere saying as seen on all these sites. You
are a best seller. Remind them of who you are and they come back and they see you. Ok,
retargeting is so cheap. Ok because it is retargeting you are only showing ads to people that
have been to your site. They basically raised their hands and said yes, I am interested. I am
interested in learning about you and doing business with you. Don’t just let them leave.
Alright so, for remarketing or retargeting they are basically the same thing and I’ll refer to
them as both. Depending on the platform that you guys use, they will call it different. But
there is two big ones right now. Perfect Audience and AdRoll. Google also does it. The thing
with google is that they don’t target facebook. So that’s what you loose when you go with
google adwords and set up your targeting. So I like to use either PerfectAudience or AdRoll.
The only downfall of both of these systems is that you are targeting list size or how many
people you dropped that cookie on. It has to reach 500 to a thousand users before your ad
starts showing. Ok so this could take a bit of time. That’s the only negative. Ok, do you guys
know that you can do email retargeting? So when you guys are sending out proposals and
you are prospecting. Do you know that you can retarget those people from your email? Yes,
I have looked it, ClickCertain. I have used Click Certain as well but for most of you guys. You
guys are gonna need some type of all in one solution at least to start. So in your email in the
html view you are gonna put in a pixel and that’s it. So you send out an email to a prospect
and you can start retargeting them. Ok, this is amazing and none of you guys are doing it.
Ok, you guys know what it is. You are aware of it. But you guys need to be putting this into
your business as well.
Alright did you guys hear about the big announcement lately. This just came up the other
day if you guys don’t follow facebook stuff very often. Might not have. Facebook just
announced Website Custom Audiences. Ok and what you guys can do now, you guys can
use a custom audience inside facebook to target your prospect and people that viewed your
site on facebook. Ok that’s basically guys, that’s basically what these other guys do. Perfect
Audience and AdRoll but they all have to go through facebook for their buying. Ok so with
Perfect Audience and AdRoll you are very very limited on the type of ads that you can run.
Ok so basically its going to be the two styles. Newsfeed or sidebar and its very tight
restrictions on what you can do and what you can run.
Ok, the biggest advantage is to website custom audiences that just released, is that it
doesn’t seem like you need to have that 1,000 visitor cap. You need to hit 1,000 visitors
before your ad starts to show. Ok, and you can create any facebook ad that you like. Like
you normally would. Ok and then you can just use that custom audience to basically target
those people. Ok just to recap. The cool thing about website custom audience is that its
facebook released. You have way more control and you can do more things. And it seems
like the audience size is smaller so you don’t need to hit that 500 or 1,000 people before
your ad starts running. Ok, so you can target desktop, mobile newsfeed or sidebar and for
those of you guys who really ran ads can also promote an organic post or a dark post. Ok
and I am speculating. Haven’t got to do too much testing but I am speculating that its going
to be more portable in using custom audiences for facebook than it would be for AdRoll or
Perfect Audience because facebook owns it. Right?
Ok, really quick. I’m going to show you guys how to use this. I know you guys are getting
tired. Stick with me. So basically you log in to facebook on your left hand side you are gonna
click ads manager. Ok step 2 on the left hand side. When ads manager opens you are gonna
see audiences. Ok, its gonna pop up this window. This image here all to the right. Step 3 ok?
And you are just going to click on create audience. Ok? Everybody with me so far? Can I just
get a yes? Awesome, cool. So step 4. Its gonna pop up this box and its going to ask you how
you want to create an audience. Right? So you can do it through a data file. You can pull in
from mail chimp or you can do a custom audience from your mobile app or you can do the
custom audience from your website. Ok and that’s what we are talking about right now. So
once you click that you only need to agree on these terms and conditions. Alright just some
standard, follow the rules. Don’t disobey them. Its nothing really. Step number 6 is
basically you are configuring, setting up your website custom audiences. Ok so you are
gonna insert a name and a description. Does that make sense to you? Ok so what I put here
is like what url I am putting it on or what domain I am putting it on. So I tried setting it up
to JoeTroyer.com. I would say JoeTroyer.com and in the description I would say the same
thing. So next, you can do some advanced stuff. Set up some rules. I will show that in a
second. But to start for most of you guys to get out of the gate. All you guys need to set is
visited JoeTroyer.com then show them this ad. Or visited yourdomain.com and show them
this retargeting ad. Ok, that’s it. Ok, then you can choose your time. Ok and the default
would be 30 days. I think adwords is 6 months to a year that you can target for. I’m not sure
what the length is or the max is on facebook. But you can definitely say 30 or 60 days.
So I’m gonna show you guys a little bit of an advanced strategy. Alright so for those of you
guys doing retargeting you are familiar with this. Probably its not really advanced for you
but if you haven’t, this will be. So lets say that you guys have an offer right there. A free
report or a free analysis or some kind of freebie that you guys are giving to customers. And
then you have a thank you page as well. Ok, so what you can do is you can target everyone
that hits that freebie page and then you can exclude people that actually complete the sale
or complete the form. Sorry about that. My voice is getting a little raspy. So basically we did
this. We had a. We just released a product weeks ago called DataReach. Some of you guys
may have heard about it. It’s a facebook tool and so what we did is we sent everybody to a
sales page and then if they bought, that’s our thank you page, right? So what we can do is.
We can only retarget to people that haven’t bought yet. So f they bought, they are
automatically excluded. Guys we are not spending adspend on people that are already your
customers. Ok so this is just how you set it up. Website visited, domain and you just put in
that offerpage.com and then url does not contain and then you just put in you thank you
page. Cool.
So many of you guys have seen my ads before. What kind of ads do you guys think works
best? What kind of ads works best for your retargeting? Hey come back ads. A human face
in them, pictures. Ads on my timeline. Face. You guys are smart. You guys are smart. So it is
the face. Ok, most of the time it’s the face. Hey that’s why you see my ads everywhere. This
is what you guys will see. Ok, typically its whatever depicts your brand best and for most of
you guys, its your face. You guys are the brand. Ok, and I’m not just talking about general
facebook ads. I’m talking about retargeting. Ok I m not trying to get somebody s attention
that’s never been to my site. Ok, some of you guys went down that route. Ok, if you are
retargeting you want to show them your face. Ok, this works really really well. Ok, if you
are not branding you as the brand. It should be the company logo or something else. Alright
so, I wasn’t gonna do this but for the sake of giving and hopefully blowing all of your
expectations away. I’m gonna show you guys my Perfect Audience dashboard for our
DataReach launch. And show you guys the results that we got because hopefully it would be
a wake up call and get you guys to actually take action. And actually get out there and
actually put this retargeting on your site. Put this into action.
Ok, this is a screen shot that I took today. This is on launch with 7 days, 23 to 27th
. So you
can see here 172,000 impressions. So my ad was seen 172,000 times. A 172,000 times. Ok,
we had 333 click backs to our site in that week, 333. Alright, the thing about retargeting is
these people are qualified. They have already been to your site. You have already made an
impression. You bring them back they will be closer to doing business with you right? You
guys have heard that it takes multiple touch points to make a sale. This is a multiple touch
point. This is a way to get them back. Ok, 333 click backs to the site. 277 conversions. You
guys get that? 277 conversions, 277 sales out of 333 clicks. Guys what cost me all week to
run retargeting. All these traffic that we got. $256, it costed me 93 cents to get a new
customer. Most of you, some of you guys probably saw those ads and came through. Some
of you probably bought as well. According to the clicks and conversions a bunch of you
guys would have bought. Ok the CPA or cost per acquisition for one of those customers, 93
cents. Conversion value, how much money we made. Just on the front end was $51,000. You
guys ready to start using retargeting? Can you guys commit to me that you are actually
going to get off your ass and use retargeting? Awesome.
So guys, did I fulfill my promise today that I will give everything? You guys believe that I did
everything possible t o teach you guys how to manufacture authority? Did I over deliver
like crazy? It would mean a ton to me if you guys can give me a big yes in the chat if you
think so. Wow. Awesome. Thank you guys, I appreciate all the amazing feedback. You guys
are far too kind. Wonderful. I love helping you guys with this. I love getting on a webinar
and training you guys. A lot of people asked why I don’t do many trainings as I did before.
The thing is when I go into training with you guys. I make sure that I blow your doors off. I
don’t want to get on and answer just a couple questions because that’s not really that
valuable to you. Guys we have an amazing support desk. You guys can pick up the phone
and call them anytime you want 561-841-1832. I shout that number from the roof tops.
You have any problems, pick up the phone and call them. Ok, we got a great support desk
web1support.com too. You guys can always jump in there and have your questions
answered. When I get on a training with you guys. I want to blow you guys away. I want to
give you guys all of the goods things, everything I have on that. And that’s why I don’t do
many trainings as I used to. Cause I want to make sure that I really bring the heat when I
do.
So, I got a couple more goodies coming for you guys. As I have promised as well. So
basically to be delivered in 48 hours. I’m going to send you guys a video recording. The
mp3 as well so if you guys are in the car, whatever. You guys are on the road and you want
to listen to it, you can. I will send you the slides the transcripts. I actually have somebody
after they do the transcripts to actually write up some notes for you guys. I have a process
mind map that I will send as well that has a high level kinda show this thing. The whole
picture to you guys. To help you guys understand when you guys are stuck and not sure
what’s next. Where to go from there. Also gonna be sending you guys 2 sets of banner
templates. So we talked about that. The face works best. Right? So what I did, I created 2
sets of banner ads for you guys. So there’s 5 different sizes. These 5 sizes are the sizes that
get us the most clicks. They are the banners that work the best right, you know for us. They
are those sizes. So there are 2 different colors. So I’m going to send to you guys the
Photoshop documents. So what you guys are gonna need to do with this is basically to get a
picture of yourself and go to fivver and have somebody, you know, with Photoshop, you
know, remove my picture. My face and put in yours. Ok? I’m gonna send you guys these as
well. Cool, again I’m gonna get you these in the next 48 hours. Basically as soon as this
webinar is done, my team will be doing all of this work in getting up a webpage with all the
bonuses on it to send for you guys.
Alright so just like I promised. If you guys do want to cancel. If for any reason that you guys
don’t think that this was, you know for 97 bucks of fantastic investment and you don’t want
the bonuses, the recordings and etc. I don’t want you guys to be stuck with them. I want
you guys to email support and tell them that you know it wasn’t worth it and that you guys
want to cancel. So to do that just send and email to ryan@web1.co and the subject. Please
in the subject line keep it the same. Put, Please Cancel Manufacturing Authority. And if you
would just tell me what you didn’t like, ok? Give me some feedback so I can make sure that
I’m always improving for you guys alright? Honestly, I haven’t seen anyone not a single
person throughout the entire training that gave me a no. Ok, what I am saying is, are you
liking this, are you getting this as a valuable. The entire time, I was asking for feedback and
I haven’t. I have not seen one and that’s awesome. That’s my goal. I want to be very clear. If
you thought that this wasn’t for you and you cant pick up a bunch of pieces in this and put it
in your business again just email ryan@web1.co. So again no hard feelings. I appreciate you
sticking out with me today throughout this webinar. Obviously if you do cancel, we wont be
sending you those 7 bonuses.
So just a quick recap. I know we covered a ton today. Alright. Day 1 Instant expert topics. So
day 1 guys, you can start today or you can start tomorrow. Just record 4 minimum
hangouts that are on those instant expert topics. Day 2 through 6. Each day do 4 authority
topics hangouts that make you look like an authority. Ok answer some frequently asked
questions that you get. Like one of the ones that I did was do I need a mobile website?
Because a lot of my customers asks me that over and over and over. Ok, next step is to
transcribe all of those. Edit those format. Do the front and back cover. Become a best selling
author. Get on CNN and Yahoo for free. Use ReleaseWire or on of the other submission
platforms. The press platforms to get featured on all of those sites. Ok? Again you are gonna
use my press release template and outsource the writing for 5 bucks on fivver.
Guys in 3 weeks. 2 to 3 weeks if you just follow my plan. You will have videos ranking
instant expert topics like I do. Dentist leads, locksmiths pay per call. All over the map. I
showed you guys a lot of time. Ok when somebody looks you guys up. You are gonna look
like experts. Ok, you will have content in your blog. Its not gonna look stale and outdated
anymore. Ok and you are gonna have a physical book and kindle book. Be a best selling
author and be featured on all of these different sites. CNN, Yahoo, Miami Herald, CBS,
Boston Globe, Columbus Dispatch and the list just goes on and on and on. All less than 300
bucks. Ok talking about becoming an authority and getting an extra nudge that you guys are
looking for in your business. I truly believe that this is it. Again, authority = content +
distribution. We also talked about YouTube best practices. How to play recorded videos on
a hangouts. Mic and camera recommendations. A cheap teleprompter recommendation
that see eye to eye for 50 bucks. Onlywire best practices. How to basically setup onlywire
for max distribution and results. Some ninja stuff on buying domains. And then retargeting
and remarketing.
Need a break after that. So again I’m going to give you guys a word of warning on this sales
page. You know the Manufacturing Authority process really is a multi step sequence. Ok, its
gonna leverage powerful psychological hacks. Its gonna take multiple steps. Again I wanted
to make it clear that if you are a newbie. If you are unwilling to take the time to set it up,
that you didn’t get on the training because it wouldn’t be for you. Ok, on the other hand you
guys took me up on my offer so I am assuming that you are serious in building your
perception and your authority. Alright and getting prospects to speak with you in the right
frame of mind. And to be sold and positioned to buy whatever you guys are offering.
I hope you guys think that I really lived up to my promise. You guys can just give me a big
hell yes in the chat one more time. If you guys think that I have lived up to my promise.
James says this is worth 197 bucks. Hose this guy down. Awesome. Love you guys. Thank
you guys for the fantastic feedback. So this is gonna be the end of the webinar and the end
of the training.
But I want to bring this up. I worked extra hard to prepare one more offer for you guys. Yes,
there is something to buy. This is not something for most of you. Basically the last time I
held this training. I have quite a few people that asked if there was a done for you option.
Or a way that I can somewhat, somehow help some of the people on the call to get it done.
Ok, because at the end of the day that’s the biggest problem right? That’s what you guys
told me in the beginning, right? Time you got to dedicate the time to get it done. We have
fantastic ideas and we get an inkling on what needs to be done to take our business to the
next level. It really just comes down to time. So I really worked really hard to the end of
October in adding a lot of value to this training and finding a solution for you guys for the
done for you. Again its expensive, its not gonna be for everybody. But I wanted to share at
least with you guys. What it is , what it looks like for those of you guys that may be
interested. So the hardest part is just getting it done. Like I said and the hardest part is also
what makes it cheap for you guys. Right, doing the hangouts is what gets that content out
there. Ok, authority is content plus distribution. Without content its really gonna be
expensive to get the job done. Ok, the expensive part is the content creation. Ok, if you
really look at like the Achilles here, the Achilles heel of the entire Manufacturing Authority
process is content. Without it you are not really going anywhere and get anywhere fast.
And really to be quite frank that is why I put this disclaimer on the sales page. Because you
do have to get out there and do something. Its not a magic bullet.
So again I’m gonna list through this really fast because I don’t want you guys to get stuck
on here listening to this because its not gonna be for a lot of you. So we have a done for
option. We will write a book for you. It’s a 100 pages. Its unique to you. This isn’t a PLR
book offer or us writing one chapter for you. No, this is a real book dedicated to you. It’s a
new writing content team and basically I pay them to go do the research on the following
book topics that you guys can choose. So its basically all the services that you guys offer,
right? Google plus local, reputation marketing, google adwords, social media marketing. Or
lastly you can do a mix of all 5 of them. That will be a little bit of google plus local. A little bit
of reputation, google adwords, social media. Like all jammed in one book.
So basically how it works is you meet with our content concierge. It takes 10 to 15 minutes
to discuss the project and to be sure that we can over deliver on the book for you. Ok? So
basically what we need during that time is what’s the style of your writing? What do you
want the cover to look like. What kind of covers do you like? Its just basically us getting
everything from you so we can run off with the project and we don’t have to bother you
anymore. So basically the content concierge takes notes and basically goes back to the team
to get started immediately on your book. Ok, it takes 2 weeks for a rough draft. And then
basically a final draft is delivered in another week. Obviously just as long as when you get
back to us and tell us what you want to be changed. Obviously we take it through all the
process. We format the book for kindle create space. We are gonna do a final review with
you. We submit it actually to kindle create space. The goal for us with the done for you
option is to help you max the time line that is laid out and to help you guys to be a
published author in 300 days without you actually writing the content. And then lastly as a
one on one like a 45 minute consult after we are done with the book. To help you to really
take your business to the next level. So again the program is gonna be how to become a
published author in 30 days. And basically all you need to do is to get on 2 phone calls with
us and we literally do all the work. That’s the link, web1.co/mad4y.
Oh shit, I completely forget to tell you about our concierge. So the concierge that you guys
are gonna be working with directly is David Schloss. How many of you guys know David
Schloss? Many of you guys probably know him or recognize him. David has been a student
of mine for a couple of years and he came from extremely humble beginnings. Basically at
2007 working at his dorm room as you can see here in his little bio. Basically he owns 2
companies now and he consults with really really big players. I’m super super proud of
David and I love to be able to work with him with his done for you program. Dean
Graziosi,Kevin Harrington, Scott Yancey, Ryan Deiss, Patrick Precourt and a bunch of other
big names. Basically David consults with start ups on social PR, content marketing and
market authority. What is cool is this comment in facebook I ran in December. Basically it
was after and event that we are at. Basically it was on December 2, 2013 he closed over
$80,000 in deals. So yes, $80,000 in deals just in January. Ok, and that’s monthly.
So super excited to introduce you to David. I completely forgot. So you exit 1 on 1 strategy
will be with David as well as the intro call to get your book started. Ok so my goal is to have
you sit with David for that exit for him to really listen to what is going on in your business.
What are the struggles and what is needed to point you to the right direction and just give
you some guidance in your business. David is absolutely killing it. Just shooting up like a
freaking rocket. He has just taken off and that’s a ton of value you know for you guys.
So again this isn’t gonna be cheap. Its not for everybody. Look you are not buying a chapter
in a book. Most of the people that are selling books right now are selling you a chapter like
4 or 5 grand. And basically you still have to write the chapter and there are still plenty
other people in the book. Ok, so that’s not what we do. We do what I taught you to do today.
Without you actually doing any of the content. OK no PLR, no other bull. Its real American
writers. So many of you guys tried written books. You guys know the stumbling blocks and
all the crap that you guys have went through. Only for you to not get it done. Its obviously
things that we didn’t cover. We take care of the whole entire process guys. But the big thing
for me was just finding you guys a true white glove service that will deliver on time. On par
with your expectations and mine and trust me it wasn’t easy to find that team.
Alright so once I found the team, I was able to knock them out. They did a great job in all
the stuff that we handed to them. You guys are gonna be seeing them. Their writing will
come real soon. They did a bunch of content for us for the analytic call tracking and new
blog and site. That will be launching right around the corner. But we ran into a huge
problem. They wanted 10 grand to do this for me and my future clients. So 10 grand is
obviously really not feasible. Its not gonna happen. So I told them that they needed to take a
hike unless they get the price down significantly. So they came to me at 10 grand and I said
no. They came back to me and they got it cut down again. They got it cut down to 5. But I
knew that this is not really feasible for most of you guys on the call. So I wasn’t satisfied. I
knew its not gonna be doable for most of you. So I took out my wallet and was able to let
the team do the initial research on those different book topics. That’s why we have it
narrowed down to those 5 different topics, right? So I got them to do all that research on
our industry and to the services that most of you guys are selling as well. That we can once
again slash the price. And I was able to basically drop it in half. So I was able to get the book
cost down to 3,000 bucks. Again there are 5 spots available. Again for most its not gonna be
for you. I’m sorry but I didn’t want to get some type of done for you offer option available.
So that’s web1.co/mad4y and Ryan I think you are still listening. Ryan Walsh if you are, if
you can just paste that to the chat. That would be awesome.
So I want to bring up that you guys can always use PayPal bill me later if you want. So with
PayPal bill me later, there is no payments and no interests for 6 months and you get
10bucks back not that it really matters, but a great way to kinda defer this and not to pay
for it right away. So basically you just go through a checkout and choose PayPal and then at
the bottom, choose you know bill me later as the payment service.
If you have any questions of course you can ask us or call us or send a ticket and we will
help you through the process. There is one more option again. Its expensive as well but I
will share it with you guys. So basically the done for you book package plus 2 press
releases, plus the syndication for each of those releases. Plus we guarantee the syndication
on over 370tv and radio stations and media websites. So this again, big package is 4,500
bucks. Web1.co/mad4y.
So lastly the last content slide that I have for you guys is just an easy way for you guys to
pay for your investment. I mentioned earlier that you guys can definitely sell this to local
businesses. The problem that you are gonna run into is that they are not gonna sit down
and create their content right? At least 905 of them aren’t. And so you aren’t really be able
to help them with that type of service. So what we did is we are going to let you guys white
label our content services. So if you guys jump in to one of these packages. Either 3,000 or
4,500 which ever one. You guys will be able to white label our packages. Ok, lets say you
reached out to 5 of your clients or 5 prospects. You can get them all in a press package. And
basically what we can do is create one press release and it will all have those 5 clients in it.
They each pay you a thousand bucks. You pull in 5 grand and you pay us our wholesale rate
of 1,500 bucks and you profit 3,500 bucks and we do all the work done for you. Ok, so
literally you don’t do anything. You set up the time for us to talk to each of those people and
that’s it we handle it form there. Press package dedicated we recommend to sell for 5 grand
and the cost is 1,500 bucks. So you would profit 3,500. Ok, book package, you can do the
multiple client thing. I would suggest for this. Based upon the industry this is easy money.
For what other people are charging. So you guys have seen the stuff. 5 clients, 2,000 bucks
each. You pull in 10k and costs you 3. So you literally profit $7,000 and then the book
package is dedicated so for 1 client. I highly recommend selling that for 6,000. Your cost is
3 and you profit 3,000. With white glove, you don’t touch a thing.
So that’s it again the link. It should be in the chat. Let me just paste it there one more time
for you guys. If this isn’t for you, no big deal. We are limited, we can only take 8 total slots. 5
on the front or 5 on the first option and 3 for the 3,000 and 4,500 option. Question, can we
white label this for our own clients? Exactly Kathleen, you are. So basically you go sell it to
your clients and then you turn around and you give the clients information to us. We act
like we are on your team. We write all of their content and we get the job done for you. Ok,
we manage all the deliverables everything. All that you do is go just sell it and turn the job
over to us. Paul Hamilton says book for the best package for a local client, lawyer, real
estate, dentist. Exactly. Any real authority like that will be able to help you out Paul.
Alright guys, I really appreciate it. What Id like to do is answer any questions that you guys
have. I know a bunch of you guys got to go. We are obviously 2hours and a half into this
training. But if you have any questions just let me know in the chat. I want to be sure and
answer any of those for you. Before we take off, if you are interested in the done for you
stuff, it is in the chat box. Alright?
So type in your questions before you leave and I will make sure I will answer it right away.
Jean says when you make a google hangout. What do you use, what are you using for light?
Jean, I don’t use any out of the box light. For hangouts, I just turn the light on the office.
When I am doing professional video, I have a couple of lights. You know, soft box style that
we bought off Amazon for pretty cheap. So if you need lighting, that would be the route to
go.
Richard says he is gonna do the book himself. How many pages minimum should it be? So
you are gonna be looking at about a 100 pages minimum. I hope that helps buddy.
Paul says, how do we get that out for clients we have to sign up for the first package? Yes,
you do. Paul what I suggest if you have anybody that you think is interested, phone them
up. Try to close them as soon as possible, you know, over the phone. We a quick personal
meeting and obviously that will pay for your investment and get them that service and its
done for you. Hope that makes sense buddy.
Even outside of SEO topics? Yes, for sure, Steve.
Yes, saw you Robert. Unfortunately the white label is only available to those 8 people with
the done 4 you package. The problem is that, Robert. Honestly, we are not making jack on
this. It’s the truth of the matter and we have lots of problems in scaling really really huge.
And we don’t want to over promise and under deliver. I would much rather under promise
and over deliver any day of the week. I would like to keep my fans and keep them raving.
Lets see, Dustin says how many books do we expect to sell to get a shot in being a best
seller in Amazon. Again it depends upon the category. So what you want to do is to do some
research into some category and find some categories that you think is gonna be good
kinda obscure more longer tailed. You catch my drift? It shouldn’t be many sales at all. My
buddy submitted a book and made 21 sales in 3 days or 4 days and was a best seller. Just to
give you an example.
To sign up for the replay tonight, its gonna be on encore at 8pm eastern. Its just a recording
of this exact session. Somebody is recording it now and then it will at 8. So what we are
gonna do is once the webinar is over, you will see the time will change from 2pm to 8pm
and you will be able to use the same link. I hope that makes sense.
John says, kinda a lot to chew on. I look forward to eating this elephant.
White label via your website or do I need to develop my own? Does it work? Kathleen, we
don’t sell it via website. We sell it offline. Actually talking to people. So that’s how we do it. I
hope that makes sense Kathleen.
Can says do you need the reviews or and the sales or just the sales? Can in my experience,
sales is really all you need.
You will definitely get the recording David Scarborough.
Lets see here. Awesome. You guys have any other questions? I will be shutting this down
obviously in a couple of minutes. I think I got almost everybody answered.
Richard, just replied to you. Awesome.
James says is there a facebook private page for this? I’m sorry buddy, there is not.
Paul says SplitCamera, can you put YouTube videos to it? You sure can. What you need to
do Paul is download the YouTube video first.
Jean says thank you for everything. You are very very welcome, Jean.
Paul says he cant read the slides with the fivver contacts. No problem Paul. I will make sure
that you get the slides when we deliver all the bonuses and everything.
Elita says do I need to have a best selling book before I do PR? You really don’t Elita. I just
think that its decent buzz worthy type stuff. But yeah, you can definitely just submit a press
release. You could say that Elita is a cool chick and she does good business or something
like that. By all means. Hope that makes sense.
Alright guys, thank you for hanging out with me for the last 2 and a half hours. I really
